What is an RCE?
RCEs are regional networks designed to strengthen collaboration on ESD in their area. A network of RCEs exist throughout the world. RCEs are designated by the United Nations University. RCE Ireland covers the Republic of Ireland and was approved by the United Nations University in 2007.
