Irish Aid primary schools workshops on food and farming in Africa

In: May and June. At: the Irish Aid Centre 27-31 Upper O'Connell St, Dublin 1.

1st May to 30th June 2012

These workshops will:
· be available free of charge to 5th and 6th classes with their teachers
· Explore aspects of food farming and life in a village in Malawi – through film footage artefacts and graphics and displays
· Include music and cultural activities
· Take place at 10.00 and 12.00 each day – each workshop takes 90 minutes

Up to 35 pupils and their teachers can be accommodated at a time.
Pupils will receive a storybook and funpack and teachers will receive teaching resources.
Advance booking essential.
